Anambra State is taking a bold step toward digital governance with the launch of SolutionLens, a groundbreaking platform designed to revolutionize public service delivery and strengthen government-citizen interaction. And guess what? The first big step has already been taken! 🎉
Introducing SolutionLens: Transforming Citizen Engagement in Anambra State! 🚀
On February 18, 2025, representatives from various Ministries, Departments, and Agencies (MDAs) gathered at the Solution Innovation District (The Destination Building) for an intensive training session on the SolutionLens platform. This collaborative effort was spearheaded by the Ministry of Budget & Economic Planning, the Ministry of Information, and the Anambra State ICT Agency — a true powerhouse team working toward a smarter, more efficient governance system.
So, what exactly is SolutionLens? 📡
SolutionLens is more than just a platform — it’s a game-changer for transparency, accountability, and citizen engagement. It provides a direct and open communication channel between the Anambra State Government and its people, ensuring that government activities are accessible, clear, and responsive to public needs.

The Honorable Commissioner for Budget & Economic Planning, Mrs. Chiamaka Nnake, described SolutionLens as a transformative initiative that will strengthen government- public interaction like never before.
With the official launch set for a later time, the recent training was crucial in preparing MDAs to fully harness the platform’s potential.
The training, led by the Anambra State ICT Agency, ensured that participants gained hands-on knowledge of the platform. The Managing Director of the Agency, Chukwuemeka Fred Agbata, CFA, stressed the importance of the platform in fostering efficient information management and seamless citizen engagement. He encouraged active participation, highlighting that the ability of MDAs to respond effectively to public inquiries depends on their mastery of the system.
Ministries like Works, Health, Education, Environment, Transport, and many others were well-represented at the training, showing a collective commitment to building a more responsive and transparent government.
